Gregg R. Smith earned his law degree from the University of Idaho College Of Law in 1985 where he co-edited the Idaho Law Review Symposium Issue. He also earned a Master of Tax degree from Gonzaga University College of Business in 1982. After five years as an associate in a regional law firm, Mr. Smith began his own law practice in 1991 and has been representing the interests of business and corporate clients ever since. For a number of years Mr. Smith also served as the Spokane affiliate office of a major Seattle law firm.

Gregg R. Smith is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and The American Bar Association.  Mr. Smith has delivered lectures to the Spokane Small Business Development Center on selecting a legal structure for businesses. Mr. Smith has also lectured at continuing legal education seminars.
